Western Construction Specialists Inc., a woman-owned construction enterprise that started in California on March 4th, 2005. We are your right choice for a licensed contractor. Since then, the group of professionals at Western CSI has shown exceptional understanding in managing and executing projects in; High Voltage Construction and Maintenance both overhead and underground, Heavy Civil Utility work projects, traveling for Strom Related Disaster relief projects, Constructing Electrical Vehicle Charging Stations, Electrical Vault Audits, Electrical Grid engineering and design consulting, Open Trenching and Boring, Trench Shoring and Safety, Vault and Manhole Placement, concrete, masonry, and more.
